WWE is in Australia right now for their second Premium Live Event of the year. Perth will host the Elimination Chamber this Saturday. The card is set to witness some amazing action. One of the matches is the main-event which will determine who faces Seth Rollins for the WWE World Heavyweight title during WrestleMania 40.
The Rock recently made his return to the WWE and unexpectedly joined The Bloodline. Long-time rival and current WWE Chief Content Office Triple H was taking to the press ahead of the event.
One of the question posed was if the Rock will be part of the event on Saturday. The former WWE champion revealed that The Rock isn’t part of the WWE Elimination Chamber event. It is to be noted that none of the Bloodline members are booked for the event.
Triple H explains The Rock’s absence –
Former Champion Triple H was addressing the media ahead of the WWE Elimination Chamber event on Saturday. Asked about The Rock’s schedule the veteran replied that the Hollywood superstar isn’t in Australia.
“I’m not gonna spin that because I don’t want people expecting that and not see that. This show will be spectacular and no one will miss The Rock. As all this came to be, his schedule is quite tight as you can imagine. So we have him for a lot of events, and this isn’t one of them”
Meanwhile, The Rock has said that he will fly to Australia if need to be get his hands on Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins if they bad-mouth him. The two wrestlers are set to be part of the Grayson Waller Effect which is a talk show segment. Grayson Waller is set to be a huge deal because he is from Australia and the home town fans are already going crazy.
Just four matches are set to take place during the show on Saturday. Judgment Day will defend their tag-team titles against Pete Dunne and Tyler Bate. The second match will be the Women’s Elimination Chamber match. Becky Lynch, Liv Morgan, and Naomi are some of the big names taking part.
This will be followed by the Rhea Ripley vs Nia Jax match for the Women’s title. Rhea Ripley is set to be back in her home country. The Australian wrestler has created a cult for herself in the WWE and fans worldwide.
