Current WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns is all set to lock horns with Drew McIntyre to defend his title. But apart from this, there are also the possibilities he might have a bigger clash with Karrion Kross around Survivor Series.

The next big event of WWE is going to be the Extreme Rules. Although the 37-year-old Universal Champion is not in the plans for this event as per the recent developments. It is also due to the fact that his fight with McIntyre to retain the title is still awaited.

Earlier the reports learned that USA Network is willing to have Reigns in the Raw to have a split of two major titles once again. Wrestling Observer Newsletter’s Dave Meltzer has talked about the probable clash between Roman Reigns and Karrion Kross. The fight might take place around the time of Survivor Series as per the current reports.

''Reigns is not booked on Extreme Rules in Philadelphia at this point. If they go with Reigns vs. Kross, as things stand right now, it would either be TV or the earliest will be Survivor Series barring the weekly circumstances involved in wrestling,'' said Meltzer in his statement.

Later on, Meltzer also talked about Kross and mentioned his outings in Smackdown.

“Kross on the internal depth chart is listed as the No. 2 heel on the Smackdown side, behind Reigns, and his debut angle positioned him as such,” he added later

“It looks like Drew McIntyre vs Karrion Kross is going to happen on the SmackDown house show program in the coming weeks because Reigns doesn't work house shows,” Meltzer concluded.

Coming back to Roman Reigns, then he is dominating the ring for almost 12 years. During his stint with the company, the Florida-based wrestler has won Universal Champion; WWE Champion; Intercontinental Champion; United States Champion; WWE Tag Team Champion; 2015 Royal Rumble Match, and 2014 Superstar of the Year Slammy Award so far in his career.
