Amid the ongoing ODI World Cup 2023, Indian team members went on to attend a Jio event in Mumbai. India skipper Rohit Sharma and Suryakumar Yadav, along with their wives, attended the event. However, the limelight was stolen by star opening batter Shubman Gill. Gill was spotted with his rumoured girlfriend, Sara Tendulkar.

The couple was captured by Paparazzi while trying to avoid getting caught on camera. In the viral video, the young couple can be seen exiting the event together. However, as soon as Gill saw the paparazzi waiting outside, he changed his path and asked Sara to leave alone. The couple was seen discussing before Sara left the place.

Surprisingly, dating rumours about Shubman and Sara were making the rounds some time ago. However, a rumour about their breakup also went viral a few months ago as the couple chose to unfollow each other on social media. However, news of their reconciliation only emerged in recent months. According to reports, the couple prefers to maintain their relationship in private.

After having a great start in 2023, Star India batter Shubman Gill is currently struggling to score runs in the ongoing ODI World Cup. In four innings, he has scored 104 runs at an average of 26.00. The team management will expect him to get back in form as the tournament is heading towards its business end. India is set to play in the semi-finals as they have had six out of six wins in the league stage till now.

India only needs one win in the next three league games to officially secure their place in the playoffs. The team will face the 1996 World Champions and 2011 finalists, Sri Lanka, at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai on November 2. After that, they will take on formidable South Africa at Eden Gardens in Kolkata on November 5. In their last league game, India will face the Netherlands at M Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru.
