ODI World Cup 2023: India vs Pakistan to have some renowed personalities

India will meet Pakistan on October 14, at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad. The high-voltage match will see some of the biggest stars from India from different industries. There will be 11,000 people from various agencies including Gujarat Police, NSG, RAF, and home guards among others will be deployed in Ahmedabad for the marquee match. The match will begin with a grand musical ceremony and the golden ticket holders will be present to witness the game.

There will be a light show in the match with dancers and several other performances might be scheduled. High-security levels are to be put in place for the marquee match. Previously Ahmedabad has not seen any kind of violence during cricket matches played in the city in the past 20 years. And fans hope not to see it this time as well. The Bollywood stars event will begin around 12:40 PM on the day and will end by 1:10 PM. 

Arijit Singh the National Award winner will be performing ahead of the match. He has previously performed in the opening ceremony of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023, where Gujarat Titans met Chennai Super Kings, at Ahmedabad. There will be some other performer is yet to be confirmed but he or she would be a star from Bollywood as well. There will be 25 Pakistani media outlets will also be coming for the match. 

Global stars to be present in Ind vs Pak

Sachin Tendulkar, Rajnikanth, and Amitabh Bachchan will be present in the match as the Indian Cricket Board has handed them the Golden Tickets. The ticket holders will have access to all 48 games of the tournament from the stadium. They will be receiving VIP treatment at all the World Cup venues, they visit. It is done to honour India’s greatest person. 

India will play Afghanistan on Wednesday at the Arun Jaitely Stadium, Ahmedabad, ahead of the Pakistan match. India will keep their winning momentum going with the win against Australia in the first match.
