The Australian team won its third game of the ODI World Cup 2023 campaign on Wednesday. David Warner and Glenn Maxwell were the two architects of the win by a massive margin of 309 runs. During the post-match interaction, Glenn Maxwell didn’t seem too pleased with the Light-Show in the Arun Jaitley Stadium.
David Warner has now come out and tweeted about his support for the spectacle and display for the fans in attendance. While Glenn Maxwell may not happy with the dazzling shows, his on-field efforts left the cricketing world in a daze.
Glenn Maxwell broke the record for the fastest century scored in the history of the ODI World Cups. The 34-year-old broke the record set by Aiden Markram just 18 days ago when the South African scored the century in 49 balls.
