The former Indian legend was a huge fan favourite at the Chepauk Stadium in Chennai. Suresh Raina has done everything that is to be done in the history of IPL. The left-handed batter has hit a total of 506 fours during his illustrious career with the Chennai Super Kings and Gujarat Lions.
4- Rohit Sharma – India – 554 Fours
India’s batting great Rohit Sharma is without a doubt one of the best batters of this generation. At Mumbai Indians, the 36-year-old has created a legendary status for himself. Rohit Sharma during his 16 years in the league has hit 554 fours to be ranked at number four in IPL history.
3- Virat Kohli – India -643 Fours
India’s former skipper Virat Kohli is a legend of the game the IPL has witnessed many such legendary knocks from his blazing blade. During the 2016 season, Virat Kohli scored over 970 runs to lead his side to the finals of the tournament. Since his debut in 2008, Virat Kohli has hit 643 fours in IPL history.
2- David Warner – Australia – 646 Fours
The former Sunrisers Hyderabad skipper might have started the IPL after a few years but David Warner has certainly created a huge fan following. The 36-year-old has scored a mind-blowing 646 fours during his illustrious IPL career for Delhi Capitals and SRH.
1- Shikhar Dhawan – India – 750 Fours
Out of favour Indian veteran opener Shikhar Dhawan has entertained fans over the years with his batting skills. The 38-year-old sits at the top of the mountain with 750 fours from just 217 games. This is the most fours hit by any batter in IPL history for the last 16 editions.
