3 players who can replace Hardik Pandya as Gujarat Titans' captain in IPL 2024

Hardik Pandya is all set to be part of the biggest trade in the 16-year history of the Indian Premier League (IPL). Gujarat Titans have reportedly made a huge all-cash trade of their captain to Mumbai Indians. The move comes hours before the closing of the trading window and the deadline for retentions ahead of the 2024 edition.

While GT had the option to swap any player from MI, according to reports, they decided to retain Rs 15 crore for the IPL 2024 auction. Pandya's return to his first home would be a great addition for MI as they received a potential successor to captain Rohit Sharma. On the other hand, it will be a huge headache for the Ahmedabad-based franchise as they need to find someone who can fill Pandya's shoes.
