India captain Rohit Sharma was caught abusing his teammates on Day 2 of the India vs England second Test in Visakhapatnam. It is not a common sight for Rohit to lose his cool, but he wanted the team to leave no stone unturned in their bid to level the series. Although the veteran opener aimed to be cautious on the field, some fans did not like his use of profane language towards his teammates.
The controversial incident was at the end of the 31st over of England's first innings batting. The Indian captain vented his frustration on his teammates for their lack of vigilance on the field. After Kuldeep Yadav's over, some players were seen sluggish on the field, prompting Rohit to urge them not to “walk around the garden” followed by the use of cuss words.
“Koi bhi garden me ghoomega toh, #$...’, Rohit was heard saying on the stump mic. The video is doing rounds on social media, with many fans opposing the captain's approach of abusing his teammates.

After India lost the first match in Hyderabad by 28 runs, many fans and pundits criticised the lethargic approach of the players on the field. The Men in Blue were not up to the mark on the field and they paid the price as England ran away with the game.
Day 2 ends with India gaining the upper hand
England got off to a flying start in response to India's 396 runs. Opener Zak Crawley came out all guns blazing as he made a quick-fire 76 runs. However, Rohit's move to bring in Axar Patel after the first 20 overs paid dividends. The left-arm spinner got the dangerous wicket and ignited a mini-collapse.
Jasprit Bumrah then took the responsibility of demolishing the opponents as the veteran pacer finished with a six-wicket haul. He tore through the English middle order. Captain Ben Stokes played a crucial knock but that did not help them to overtake India's first innings total. The visitors were bowled out for 253 in 55.5 overs and the Indian openers ended the day by taking the lead to 171 runs.
