Starting the new year fresh, one of the biggest esports organizations in India, Soul Esports have now announced its latest Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) roster in partnership with iQOO India.
The announcement for the new roster was done on a scheduled stream and features -
Khush "Joker" Singh
Mohammad "Manya" Raja
Nakul "NakuL" Sharma
Manpreet "Rony" Singh
Rudra "Spower"
Interestingly, this was the former roster for Blind Esports. Apart from the players, the team includes Rahul “Ayogi” who will be acting as an analyst for the team, while Shubham “Mayavi” Chawla will be acting as their coach.
During the early days of BGMI, Soul did see multiple achievements, however, over time, the team saw a decline. While they did manage to perform well, victory was always out of reach.
S8UL announces Team iQOD
After they collaborated with iQOO last year, Soul let go of its former roster for BGMI. On January 1st, S8UL announced the Team iQOO Soul BGMI roster that will be competing in the upcoming BGMI tournaments.
It’s no surprise that Soul would try to nab one of the best-performing teams in 2023 in the competitive BGMI scene. While the game was unbanned after almost the entire year passed, the team still managed to take the crown in Skyesports Championship 5.0 BGMI and BMPS 2023.
Not only that, the team also secured fourth position during the 2023 India-Korea BGMI Invitational, where some of the best teams from India and Korea faced each other.
While many other esports organizations are yet to reveal their new line-up, it is safe to say that S8UL intends to try and stay on top of the BGMI esport scene again this year in terms of both popularity and gameplay.
