Top teams in Rainbow Six Siege will now face each other at the biggest R6 esports event, ‘Six Invitational’. The event is set to take place in São Paulo, Brazil. Despite the name, the event will feature 20 teams fighting to secure a spot in the Playoffs.
There is also a prize pool of $3 million. Fan favourites from last year, including Six Invitational 2023 champions G2 Esports and Major winners w7m esports, are also taking part.
Format -
Group Stage
The Group Stages will run from February 13 to February 17. Twenty teams will be divided into five groups, with matches played in a Round-Robin format. Matches will only be best-of-one, so all teams will have to give their best from the start.
One team scoring the lowest on the leaderboard will be eliminated from each group. The rest of the teams will move to the Playoffs. Here are the teams in their respective groups -

- Playoffs
The Playoffs will start from February 19 to February 25. Matches in Playoffs will be played as double elimination brackets in a best-of-three format. A total of 16 teams will move to playoffs from the group stages.
As for the matches, winners of the group stages will be in the Upper Bracket Quarterfinals. Teams in fourth place in their groups will start from Lower Bracket Round 1. The second and third positions will be in the Upper Bracket Round 1.
Teams losing in the upper brackets will move to the lower brackets. However, a loss in the lower bracket will result in elimination from the tournament.
