A newcomer in the Indian Esports sector, Carnival Gaming, has now revealed its Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) roster. With them, Carnival Gaming start its journey by competing in the upcoming ESL Snapdragon Pro Series: BGMI
The announcement was done through a video on multiple social media platforms and YouTube. To everyone’s surprise, the roster includes the old team of Soul Esports.
The new roster includes :
Harsh “Goblin” Paudwal
Sahil “Omega” Jakhar
Akshat “AkshaT” Goel
Sohail “Hector” Shaikh
Naman “Neyo”
Along with them, Amit “Amit” Dubey is acting at the team’s helm as coach, helping guide the team towards success in their new team. Playing with the same team after a swap will also come as a great advantage.
By no means, the team is amateur. In fact, these are some of the best-known BGMI players of all time. Last year, in December, Soul Esports parted ways with their roster. Watching a chance to acquire one of the well-known/coordinated rosters is something Carnival Gaming could see themselves missing.
Soul’s roster change did come as a surprise, however, so did changes to many other teams in the entire Indian esports sector. Multiple roster swaps have fans wondering about the thought process. It is quite clear that everyone wants to win, which may be the reason to switch to a different team.
The team have also represented India in the PUBG Mobile World Invitational. With multiple tournament wins and top-five finishes, fans already have high expectations from the team.
While the team did struggle during the BGMI relaunch, they managed to put up a great fight. Their performance remains to be seen in the upcoming BGMI tournaments and more this year, Fans are expecting the team to give a tough fight to their opponents.
