UFC star Conor McGregor has expressed his interest in buying the Premier League giants Manchester United. The former champion sent out a tweet, asking his fans whether he should buy Manchester United or not.
McGregor's post came in wake of the massive outrage against the European Super League. As many as six English clubs including the Red Devils decided to participate in the controversial League. However, after severe criticism, all the six English clubs opted out of the tournament. Also, if reports are to be believed, the league will be suspended to reshape the project.

According to a report published in Talksport, McGregor net worth is approximately £100 million. Unfortunately for him, this won’t be sufficient to buy Manchester United.
Talking about McGregor’s UFC career, he is on the verge of another title shot. The former UFC double champion is all set to fight Dustin Poirier in a trilogy bout on July 10 at UDC 264.
Even though McGregor lost his last fight to Dustin Poirier, his manager Audie Attar is confident that the Irishman will defeat Dustin Poirier and earn a title shot. The UFC title is currently vacant post the retirement of Khabib Nurmagomedov. Michael Chandler and Charles Oliveira will collide at the main event of UFC 262 in May for the title. If McGregor can defeat Poirier, he may get a title shot against the winner of Michael Chandler vs Charles Oliveira.
