Both Steve Smith and Alex Carey are currently busy playing the ongoing third Test in the ongoing Ashes series. But, during this match, Carey got involved in an unwanted controversy where he got accused that he has not paid £30 for a haircut to the UK barber, Adam. The barber also set a deadline for the cricketer.

The Barber said: “I’m still waiting. hey all came in just before we shut. We cut their hair and had a great laugh. But we don’t accept cards and Alex said he had no cash on him. Well, there’s a Tesco cash machine literally round the corner he could have run to. He could have nipped back to their hotel and been no more than five minutes but instead he said he would transfer it. Maybe he forgot. I’m giving him the benefit of the doubt but if it’s not paid by Monday, I won’t be happy.”

Now, Steve Smith wrote: “I can confirm that @alexcarey_5 has not had a haircut since we were in London. Get your facts right @thesun”. The former Aussie skipper seemed not happy with such news from a reputed source like ‘The Sun’. Speaking about Smith, this ongoing clash is his 100th Test match. But, he failed to make it memorable with the bat due to his failure in both innings. In the first innings, he scored 22 runs off 31 balls while in the second, he got out to Moeen Ali after scoring just two runs off nine balls.
