Bangalore is presently playing Gujarat in the 67th match of the Indian T20 League 2022. Prior to the game, Virat Kohli and Rashid Khan were spotted having a humorous moment during a practice session before the match day.
Rashid Khan of Gujarat shared the video on his Instagram account, in which Virat Kohli can be seen emulating his batting style. "Even @virat.kohli Bhai knows about my snake ya gun shot," wrote Khan in the caption. Kohli was seen trolling the leg-spinner saying, "Ye Bhai Sahab alag hi khelte hain.
Explaining to someone who is not present in the frame, Kohli said, "To hit the ball, you need to watch the ball, because front foot ka ball you never hit like this (leans back), right? Lekin ye bhai sahab alag hi khelte hain". On the other hand, Rashid Khan is seen bursting into laughter.

In the meantime, Virat Kohli has struggled to find his form in the Indian T20 League 2022. He has not been able to deliver this season. In 13 matches this season, he has scored just 236 runs at an average of 19.67. The 33-year old's strike rate of 113.46 has not been impressive either.
On the other hand, Rashid Khan has been impressive for the Gujarat team. In 13 matches, the leg-spinner has taken 16 wickets at an economy rate of 6.87. He has also been handy with the bat this season. He has played a few cameos and scored 72 runs at a strike rate of 189.47.
Speaking of the match, Bangalore is in a must-win situation. They must win the match in order to be eligible for the playoffs. A win will not guarantee them a spot in the top four but put them in contention to qualify. The Faf du Plessis-led team will want to make the most out of this game. Gujarat, their opponent and league debutants, were the first team to qualify. They also secured a place in the first qualifier, which will be held in Kolkata.
