Veteran Indian leg-spinner Yuzvendra Chahal is known for his brilliant presence of mind and amazing sense of humor across various social media platforms. Notably, he shares a great bond with South African bowling prodigy Tabraiz Shamsi. Both the players have had a good record of funny banters on the field whenever they played against each other.
Recently, Chahal and Shamsi were once again involved in a funny exchange over the social media platform Twitter just after the SA20 franchise Paarl Royals posted a video of Shamsi at their official Twitter handle. Paarl Royals is the sister franchise of the Indian T20 League fame Rajasthan. The awaited T20 tournament is set to commence on Tuesday, the 10th of January with the inaugural match between Paarl Royals and MI Capetown in Newlands.
Coming back to the video of Shamsi posted by the franchise, the Proteas wrist spinner went on to address Yuzvendra Chahal in the video.
"Hello, Yuzi. This is the all-rounder from South Africa speaking. You will never ever bat ahead of me, ever," said the 32-year-old with a bit of a smile on his face.

The man of Yuzvendra Chahal’s humor couldn’t resist replying to his comment of Shamsi on him.
“What about your tummy my bru,” commented Chahal with two laughing emojis.

Shamis will be back in action on the cricketing field in the inaugural match of the SA20 between his team and MI Cape Town. Veteran Proteas Southpaw David Miller will also be a part of the squad of Paarl Royals who will be there in the role of captain of the team for the first season of the tournament.
England’s white-ball skipper Jos Buttler alongside his predecessor Eoin Morgan will also be there in action for the Royals. Notably, the Dublin-based English southpaw hung his boots from international cricket last year 2022.
