English batter, Jos Buttler has been in the form of his life. Not a lot of people would argue on the fact that he is currently the best T20 batter on the planet. On Monday, Buttler produced yet another masterclass knock while playing for Rajasthan against Kolkata in the 30th match of the Indian T20 League.
The Rajasthan batter notched his second century in the ongoing season in just 6 matches so far. Once again, he started off strongly and gave the team a stellar start in the power play. Shreyas Iyer tried different bowlers but Buttler spared none.
Previously, Varun Chakravarthy has had success against Buttler. However, even he couldn’t stop Buttler’s power-hitting on Monday. Buttler hit a six and four to Umesh Yadav in the third over and followed it up with a six and a four to Varun Chakravarthy in the 4th over. Rajasthan had reached 60 runs without any loss of wickets in the first six overs. Buttler had scored 46 of them in just 27 balls.
He didn’t stop there and continued his power-hitting display even after the power play. Jos Buttler took on the likes of Cummins, Mavi and Yadav but he took little risk against Sunil Narine. Yet, he went on to score one of the fastest centuries in the history of the tournament.
Buttler reached his second ton with a six off Cummins on the first ball of the 17th over. He reached his tone in just 59 balls before getting out on the 4th ball of the same over. Buttler notched 103 runs in just 61 balls, a knock which was studded with 9 fours and 5 sixes.
With that ton, he also became only the second player after Chris Gayle to score two centuries in the first six matches in the history of the Indian T20 League. His sensational ton helped the team reach a mammoth score of 217 runs in the first innings.
Kolkata need 218 runs to win the match and return to winning ways.
Fans and the cricket experts were in complete awe of Buttler's another sensational knock. A lot of them took to Twitter to hail Buttler's magical innings. Here's a look at some of the best reactions:

Scoring a hundred in IPL would be considered a great achievement to score 2 in a single season still with majority of games to go is incredible! I think even a 3rd is possible the way #josbuttler is going about in the middle! #KKRvsRR
