Indian team has amazed and impressed everyone with their performance in the ongoing second of the three-match T20I series against South Africa. Earlier, the Proteas skipper Temba Bavuma won the toss and elected to bowl first. Batting first, the Indian team posted a mammoth total of 236 runs for the loss of three wickets in the allotted 20 overs.
Apart from the heroics of the Indian batters, the former Indian skipper and the senior batter Virat Kohli have made it to the headlines. It all happened after his gesture towards the senior wicketkeeper-batter Dinesh Karthik when they both were batting together almost at the end of the Indian innings.
The incident happened in the last over of the match when Dinesh Karthik was willing to run a single and let Virat complete his half-century. Notably, the 33-year-old was playing on 49 runs at the moment. But Kohli happened to refuse the proposal from Karthik and asked him to hit the maximums without even caring for his half-century.
