Rohit Sharma-led team India is facing-off England in the first of the three-match ODI series. The visitors are looking in a very strong condition in the match. The batting lineup of the English team completely surrendered against the pace attack of India. Senior pacer Jasprit Bumrah broke the spine of the hosts’ batting line-up.

Bumrah scalped six wickets in the match alongside senior pacer Mohammed Shami who picked three wickets. Apart from that, the Indian team is comfortably heading toward an easy win in the opening fixture of the series.

England sent their physios to check if the girl was fine

It was the time when Indian skipper Rohit Sharma was batting on the crease. He smashed a pull shot for the six which eventually ended up hitting a girl in the audience area. English team management immediately sent their physios to check if the girl is fine.

All the players including Rohit Sharma and England’s Ben Stokes stopped the game and expressed concern for the girl.

Speaking of the game so far, the Indian team bowled extremely well in the first inning. They bundled up the hosts only on the low total of 110 runs in just 25.2 overs. Jasprit Bumrah went on to destroy the top-order of England as he scalped six wickets by conceding just 19 runs in 7.3 overs with 3 maiden overs.

Other than him, another senior pacer Mohammed Shami scalped three wickets by conceding 31 runs in seven overs. Whereas, Prasidh Krishna got the wicket of Moeen Ali in a caught & bowled.

At the time, we are writing this news, India has scored 76 runs for no loss in 15.3 overs. Shikhar Dhawan and Rohit Sharma are playing there in the middle on the respective individual scores of 22 and 47. India now needs 35 runs in the remaining 34.3 overs.
