Speaking of the match so far, then the young Indian pacer Arshdeep Singh has stunned everyone with his mind-blowing outing with the ball. The 25-year-old has scalped three wickets by conceding just 15 runs in three overs till now. He amazed everyone when he scalped the three big wickets of the visitors in the second over of the innings.

Other than Arshdeep, star pacer Deepak Chahar has also claimed two wickets by conceding just 15 runs in three overs. Aiden Markram is the only batter for South Africa as of now who has crossed the mark of 20 runs. He scored 25 runs off 24 balls before he fell prey to Harshal Patel in a DRS-turned decision.

Notably, the men in blue are playing in this match without having senior pacer Jasprit Bumrah in the playing XI. The 28-year-old had a complaint of back pain in the back. He was also missing out on the Asia Cup 2022 due to an injury. Later on, he returned to the three-match T20I series against Australia but couldn’t perform up to the expectations.
