Speaking of India’s schedule in West Indies, the team will play the ODI series without some senior players. Senior batter Shikhar Dhawan will be there in the role of stand-in skipper for the team India in the three-match ODI series. Whereas senior all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja will give his services in the role of Dhawan’s deputy during the 50-over leg.
Following the conclusion of the ODI series, both teams will play against each other in the five-match T20I series. India’s permanent skipper Rohit Sharma will be back in the T20I series to lead the team.
