Star Indian wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant was not a part of the playing XI of the Indian team in their tournament opener against the arch-rivals Pakistan. But still, he made it to the headlines of social media for a strange reason apart from the game of cricket. Nobody in the Indian cricketing scenario is unversed in Rishabh Pant's ongoing social media saga with Bollywood actress Urvashi Rautela.
It all happened once again when Pant was standing with Arshdeep near the boundary line and that was the very moment when fans started yelling ‘Urvashi…..Urvashi’. The 25-year-old kept quiet for a few seconds, but he couldn’t stop himself from reacting and eventually went on to say something to the fans.
Although it was not clear what he said to the fans, his gesture and reaction were something that caught the eyeballs of everyone on social media.
Here’s the video of when fans yelled ‘Urvashi, Urvashi’ in Pant’s presence:

Speaking of the high-octane and nail-biting thriller between India and Pakistan on Sunday at MCG, both teams displayed a brilliant game of cricket to provide a quality evening for the fans. Indian skipper Rohit Sharma won the toss and asked Babar’s men to bat first at the MCG in Melbourne. Pakistan managed to post a total of 159 runs for the loss of eight wickets in the allotted 20 overs.
While defending the target, the Pakistani bowling lineup completely terrorized the Indian top order. But then came the historic and a knock for the ages from the former Indian skipper and contemporary legend Virat Kohli. He rescued India from 31/4 to a win by four wickets in an emphatic style. The 33-year-old played a match-deciding knock of 82 runs off 53 balls to cross the line for India.
He also won the ‘player of the match award for his brilliant and outstanding knock in the favor of the Indians.
