Indian fast bowler, Deepak Chahar is all set to tie the knot today in the evening with girlfriend Jaya Bhardwaj. For the unversed, the Mehendi ceremony has already been held, while the wedding is set to take place in Agra today on 1st June 2022.
Earlier, Deepak Chahar and Jaya were seen dancing together in the Sangeet ceremony on 31st May 2022. Also, the Haldi ceremony was held in the morning. During the ceremony, Deepak was seen dancing and vibing to songs while his friends were putting Haldi on him.

Deepak Chahar didn’t participate in the recently concluded edition of the Indian T20 League. Chennai bought his services for a whopping amount of INR 14 crore. However, he was ruled out of the tournament due to a back injury. His absence hurt Chennai badly as the franchise finished the season at the second from the bottom of the table. MS Dhoni and Co. could only manage to win 4 matches out of 14.
The 29-year-old isn’t part of India’s squad for the upcoming T20 series against South Africa. A lot of senior players have also been rested. KL Rahul will lead the side, while Rishabh Pant have been given the vice-captaincy for the series.
The bowling department have got the likes of Harshal Patel, Avesh Khan and Bhuvneshwar Kumar. Youngsters such as Arshdeep Singh and Umran Malik have also been handed maiden call-ups after exhibiting outstanding performances for their respective teams in the Indian T20 League 2022.

The first T20 is scheduled to be played on 9th June 2022 at Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi.
