Hobart Hurricanes and Melbourne Stars locked horns in the fourth match of the Big Bash League 2022. Hobart skipper Matthew Wade won the toss and asked the stars to bat first. Batting first, Adam Zampa's men posted a total of 183 runs for the loss of five wickets in the allotted 20 overs.
Apart from the other actions of the match, the substitute fielder of stars Clint Hinchliffe attracted the eyeballs with his brilliance in fielding.
It happened on the first ball of the last over when Trent Boult was bowling to the Hobart batter Joel Paris. Hinchliffe took stunned everyone with an amazing catch by running opposite his direction. The video of this stunning catch has gone viral over social media within minutes of being shared.

Speaking of the match, wicketkeeper-batter, and opener Joe Clarke smashed a brilliant hundred, he scored 101 runs off 66 balls with nine fours and four boundaries to his name. Other than Clarke, none of the Melbourne batters impressed with their performance as Thomas Rogers and Beau Webster were the only two batters to cross the mark of 20+ runs.
While chasing the target, Hobart failed to cross the line and ended up scoring only 145 runs for the loss of nine wickets in 20 overs. Skipper Matthew wade was the only batter to cross the mark of 30+ runs. He scored 35 runs off the same number of balls with only six and a boundary to his name.
Stars' skipper Adam Zampa and pacer Luke Wood scalped three wickets each to restrict Hobart from before the target. Apart from Zampa and Wood, Nathan Coulter-Nile and Trent boult also claimed 2 and 1 wicket respectively.
Joe Clarke won the 'player of the match award for his brilliant match-defining century-knock in favor of Melbourne Stars.
