Sri Lanka Legends and Bangladesh Legends locked horns with each other in the 19th match. Both teams played this match at Veer Narayan Singh International Stadium in Raipur. Bangladesh skipper Mohammad Sharif won the toss and asked the Sri Lankans to bat first. The Sri Lankan team managed to post a massive total of 213 runs for the loss of five wickets in the allotted 20 overs.
Apart from the whole action of the match, an incident happened in the match during the first innings of Sri Lanka which went viral over social media. It all happened when Sri Lankan southpaw played the Bangladeshi spinner behind the wickets. The wicketkeeper happened to drop the catch, and it went away from him, gully fielder immediately rushed to the ball.
Gully's fielder who rushed to the ball earlier, tried to throw it to the bowler’s end but he eventually happened to throw it extremely far from the stumps and it resulted in an overthrow. This fielding dilemma makes the batter easily run for four runs.
