Chennai and Mumbai are unarguably the greatest teams in the history of the Indian T20 league. While the yellow army have won four titles, the Mumbai-based franchise have won five. As a matter of fact, the last five editions haven't seen a team other than them winning the Indian T20 league.

However, the 2022 edition hasn't really been great for either of the two sides. Chennai and Mumbai are languishing at the bottom of the points table. Both teams are yet to win a game this season so far, and have lost their first four matches. Saturday saw them lose their fourth consecutive game.

Thus, Wasim Jaffer took to Twitter to troll them. It is to be noted that the former opener is famous for constantly posting memes on the micro-blogging website. He went on to post a scene from a movie where two boys promise to win and lose together. In this scene, the teacher is seen appreciating their friendship as well.

"MI and CSK this IPL so far πŸ˜„

His Tweet instantly became viral as several fans loved his creativity. Chennai and Mumbai have had to unfortunately face a lot of trolls due to their performance in this edition. On the other hand, their fans would be waiting for them to make a spectacular comeback.

Over the years, there have been numerous occasions where the two teams have managed to miraculously win titles out of nowhere. Hence, their fans would be hoping for something like that to happen once again. However, time is running out as the race to the playoffs is getting difficult with every passing day. While Chennai's next game is against Bangalore on April 12, Mumbai will be facing Punjab on April 13.
