Virat Kohli's stunned reaction following his dismissal off Taijul Islam goes viral on social media

Former Indian skipper Virat Kohli failed to live up to the expectations in the first of the three-match Test series against Bangladesh. He fell prey to Bangla spinner Taijul Islam on the very fifth ball of his individual knock of only one run. Notably, the 34-year-old recently completed his 72^nd international century in the second ODI against Bangladesh.

Following a poor knock in the Test match against the hosts, the Delhi batter is on the receiving end of trolls from a section of the Indian cricket fans. Apart from that, his reaction just after the dismissal has also gone viral over social media within minutes of being shared.

Speaking of the ongoing first Test so far, the visitors have scored 158 runs for the loss of four wickets in the first innings. At the time of filling this copy, senior specialist batter Cheteshwar Pujara is sojourning there in the middle alongside Shreyas Iyer. Both batters are playing on the individual scores of 37 and 30 runs respectively.

Earlier in the morning, stand-in skipper KL Rahul won the flip of the coin and decided to bat first. In an early collapse of the top order, the Indian team lost the first three wickets only on 48 runs.

Taijul Islam has scalped two wickets for the hosts alongside one wicket each by Khaled Ahmed and Mehidy Hasan Miraz.

Notably, the Indian team is missing key players including the likes of skipper Rohit Sharma and few others. Other than Rohit Sharma, senior pacers, Mohammed Shami and Jasprit Bumrah have also been ruled out of the Test series against Bangladesh.

Last week, senior domestic pacer, Jayedev Unadkat was added to the squad as a replacement for the Senior pacer Mohammed Shami. Although he couldn't get a chance to feature in the first due to a delay in the Visa formalities and some other  administrative work.
