Team India will be in action for a three-match ODI series against Australia after the completion of the ongoing Border-Gavaskar Trophy. Both Yuzvendra Chahal and Umran Malik are a part of the squad for the series. Currently, they are at the National Cricket Academy, Bengaluru preparing hard for the upcoming series.

Meanwhile, Shikhar Dhawan is also there but unfortunately, he is not a part of the squad. Dhawan lost his place after the ODI series in Bangladesh. In that series, he scored only 18 runs in three innings. But, a reel video has gone viral where all these three cricketers were seen together.

Umran Malik and Yuzvendra Chahal will look to do well against the Aussies
Speaking of the video, Dhawan was seen asking Chahal a few bizarre questions, related to the English language. In response to that, Chahal cracked a “he…she” joke in a hilarious way and left others in splits. But, fans did not like it so much as they came up and slammed Chahal and Umran Malik for spending time with the veteran batter.
After the ODI series in Bangladesh, team India showed faith in other young batters like Shubman Gill rather than the veteran one. On the other hand, both Yuzvendra Chahal and Umran Malik have played the recent white-ball series at home. In the T20I series against the Lankans, Chahal took three wickets while grabbing one wicket in the ODI series.
Then, in the ODI and T20I series against the Kiwis, Yuzvendra Chahal grabbed two and one wicket respectively. Speaking about Umran Malik, he took seven and five wickets against Sri Lanka in the T20I and ODI series respectively. Then, against the Kiwis, Umran grabbed one and two wickets in the ODI and T20I series. So, fans are hoping to see the pacer in such a form and rhythm in the upcoming ODI series against the Aussies also.
