Pakistani skipper and one of the modern-day greats, Babar Azam is currently in the headlines of social media ahead of the much-anticipated clash against India on the 23rd of October in the ongoing 20-20 World Cup 2022. Just three days back, Babar turned 28 on the 15th of October. On that occasion, the Pakistani camp happened to organize a private party to which former legendary Indian skipper Suni Gavaskar was also invited there.
He went on to interact with the Pakistan players, and support staff and lastly, he also gave some valuable tips to the players like Babar and Shadab to tackle matches with such high pressure. Other than the interaction, the fans were also overwhelmed by the down-to-earth attitude of Babar Azam while he was listening to Sunil Gavaskar.
Fans took to Twitter for heaping their praises on the 28-year-old with the whole of their hearts.
Here’s how fans reacted:

Babar with folded hands on the back also shows his respect for Mr. GAVASKAR. His humbleness and hunger to learn will take him to places.

"Shot selection acchi ho toh koi problem nehi. Situation ke hisaab se shot selection karein, koi problem nahi (If your shot selection is right, then you won’t have any problem. Always pick your shots as per the match situation and you won’t have to worry about anything else),” said Gavaskar while advising Babar Azam and few other Pakistan players.
Notably, India and Pakistan are all set to lock horns with each other for the third time since their encounter in the 20-20 World 2021. Last time, both teams crossed swords in the Asia Cup 2022 for two times. India won the group match by a margin of five wickets. Whereas Pakistan outplayed the men in blue in the super-4 match by the same margin to clear off the account.
Talking about the Indo-Pak clash in the 20-20 World Cup, the men in green completely outmuscled the Indians by a massive margin of 10 wickets in last year’s 20-20 World Cup.
