Indian skipper Rohit Sharma is again on the receiving end of harsh criticism from Indian cricket fans for his recent social media post. Notably, the fans are already not happy with the performance of the Indian team and skipper Rohit’s tactics in the second semi-final of the 20-20 World Cup 2022.
Subsequently, the 35-year-old was also under the scanner as he missed the post-match press conference after the loss against England. The head coach Rahul Dravid came ahead to face questions from the journalists in the aftermath of India’s humiliating loss against England in the all-important match of the 20-20 World Cup.
But now, the fans are lashing out at Rohit Sharma for his recent social media post for recently retired Mumbai player Kieron Pollard. Fans took to Twitter to slam Rohit Sharma for not posting even a single social media post after India’s loss in the eighth edition of the 20-20 World Cup.
“Big man, big impact, and always played with heart. A true MI legend Kieron Pollard” reads the caption of the Instagram post that Rohit posted with one of his pictures with the star Caribbean all-rounder.

Talking about Rohit Sharma, he will not be in action the next white-ball international assignment of the Indian team against New Zealand. The men in blue will lock horns with Kane Williamson’s New Zealand in the three-match T20I series followed by a three-match ODI series.
Star all-rounder Hardik Pandya has been named as the captain of the T20I team whereas the senior southpaw Shikhar Dhawan will lead the team during the three-match ODI series against the Kiwis.
Indian skipper alongside senior batter Virat Kohli will be in action for the Indian team during the Test series against Bangladesh.
