On 2 April 2023, the Hyderabad franchise locked horns with Rajasthan in the Indian T20 League. It was their first match of the season and therefore, all eyes were on Hyderabad players as they were playing at the home ground. Speaking of the match, Hyderabad franchise’s CEO Kaviya Maran got spotted in the stands.

However, it was not the first time when fans got to see her in the stands attending a match. But, during the match, she got spotted with different reactions and those images have now gone viral. Seeing those images, fans went crazy and shared some funny tweets, and memes on the social media platform.

Rajasthan defeated Hyderabad by 72 runs

Aiden Markram is yet to come for the tournament as he is currently busy playing for South Africa against the Netherlands. So, Bhuvneshwar Kumra led the team while Sanju Samson led the Rajasthan side. The veteran Indian pacer won the toss and asked the away side to bat first. Rajasthan put up a solid batting display and scored 203 runs for five wickets in 20 overs. Jos Buttler scored 54 runs off 22 balls while Yashavi Jaiswal scored 54 runs off 37 balls. Skipper Samson also smashed 55 runs off 32 balls. For the home side, Fazalhaq Farooqi and T Natarajan took two wickets each while Umran Malik took one wicket.

In reply, Hyderabad failed to get a good start as they lost two wickets for no runs in the first over. During the fourth over of that innings, Kaviya Maran was seen with a frustrated expression. Finally, their batters failed miserably and they managed only 131 runs for eight wickets in 20 overs. Thus, Rajasthan defeated Hyderabad by 72 runs and Jos Buttler won the player of the match award for his blistering knock. For Rajasthan, Yuzvendra Chahal took four wickets for 17 runs in his four overs. While Trent Boul also took two wickets.
