Former Indian skipper and senior batter Virat Kohli turned 34 on Saturday, the 5th of November. The entire cricketing fraternity including his fans across the diameter of the cricketing world poured out their hearts to wish the modern-day legend his day. Meanwhile, the 32-year-old Pakistan batter Iftikhar Ahmed came up with completely a unique way to wish Virat Kohli the latter’s birthday.
Due to the tensions and turbulence between India and Pakistan, Iftikhar made his debut in 2016, this year belongs to the time when India and Pakistan are not playing any bilateral series against each other. Due to this, Iftikhar couldn’t get a chance ever interact with Kohli personally, which also meant that he had no photograph with the 34-year-old Indian batting great.
Iftikhar referred to the same in his tweet while wishing birthday to Virat Kohli and came up with a birthday wish of it's own kind.
“Happy birthday Virat Kohli 🐐 - saath picture tou nahi, pose he chalegi (Happy Birthday Virat Kohli, not a photo together but a pose would be workable”)
Here's the tweet from Iftikhar Ahmed for Virat Kohli

Talking about cricket, both India and Pakistan are likely to enter the knockouts of the 20-20 World Cup 2022 which is looking possible after the unexpected defeat of the South Africans against the minnows like the Netherlands. Currently, Pakistan is in action against Bangladesh in a virtual quarter-final to secure its berth in the semi-finals.
Whereas India is set to take on Zimbabwe in their last super-12 match. Notably, India has already qualified for the semis after the upset happened in the clash between South Africa and Netherlands.
Speaking of Group 1, New Zealand and England have qualified to the semis as the top 2 teams from the pool. England defeated the Sri Lankans in their last super-12 encounter which also resulted in the elimination of the defending champions and hosts Australia from the eighth edition of the tournament.
