Batting first, Rohit Sharma's men posted a total of 168 runs on the back of a hard-fought 61-run partnership for the fourth wicket between former skipper Virat Kohli and star all-rounder Hardik Pandya. Other than these two, none of the Indian batters showed an event in an all-important and must-win clash against England.

Meanwhile, the duo of head coach Rahul Dravid and skipper Rohit Sharma is on the receiving end of a sort of harsh criticism from some of the Indian cricket fans. The fans lashed out at the coach-captain duo for the lack of management while picking up the playing XI in some of the very crucial matches of the eighth edition of the tournament.

Fans also happened to drag the secretary of the Indian cricket Board in the entire scenario for a lack of managerial skills while sitting at the top authority in Indian cricket.

Here’s how fans released their agony on the Indian management following a humiliating loss against England:

The terrible outing in the 20-20 World Cup is going to haunt India a lot for the time being. It can be said that the management had made some major transformations in the team following a forgettable campaign in last year’s 20-20 World Cup.

Nine years back, it was the year 2013 when India managed to lift a trophy in any major international trophy. MS Dhoni-led Indian team managed to outclass Alastair Cook's English team by five runs in the final of the 2013 Champions Trophy.

Now, the men in blue will be in action in any major international tournament during next year’s ODI World Cup which will be played on their home soil.
