Pakistan skipper and one of the finest modern-day batters Babar Azam led Pakistan to the final in the recently concluded 20-20 World Cup 2022. The men in green made it to the title clash of the eighth edition of the tournament after facing two consecutive defeats in the first two matches against their arch-rivals India and the lower-ranked team like New Zealand.
Pakistan ended up as the runners-up in the tournament following their loss against England in the final of the tournament. After the conclusion of the series, skipper Babar Azam is currently on a hiatus from the flow of international cricket. He will be back in action with the team for the three-match Test series against England.
During his break, the 28-year-old recently posted a picture on his official Twitter handle with a caption that quickly attracted the eyeballs of some cricket fans. The fans took no time in trolling Babar for his caption, and they came up with some witty and hilarious memes.
Here’s how fans reacted to the recent photo of Babar Azam:

Speaking a bit more about cricket, Babar Azam will lead his team once again during the upcoming three-match Test series against England. Both teams will play the first match of the series at the Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium in Rawalpindi from the 1st of December. The remaining two matches of the Test series will be played on the 9th and 17th of December in Multan and Karachi, respectively.
Notably, Babar himself struggled with a very poor run of form with the bat in the 20-20 World Cup 2022. He could register only one half-century and a 32-run knock in the semi-final and final, respectively. Apart from these two knocks, Babar struggled even to touch a double-digit individually.
Although, he was in very good touch during the seven-match T20I series played against England earlier in the month of September.
