The fifteenth edition of the Indian T20 league is all set to start on March 26. Thus, experts and pundits have already started giving their views and predictions about the upcoming season. There are several shows where a panel of experts discuss about the background of the teams, as well as their ideals combinations.

There are many prominent names who love to talk about cricket. These veterans always give their opinions on various cricketing topics. However, a silly error from a senior journalist recently ensured that he got brutally trolled on social media.

On a show, he was speaking about the teams that haven't won a title in the history of the Indian T20 league. While the three teams that have played all seasons and still haven't won the trophy are Bangalore, Delhi and Punjab, he got it wrong. He said that Delhi, Mumbai and Bangalore were the teams that are yet to win the Indian T20 league.

On the contrary, Mumbai are the most successful franchise in the history of the league. They have won the most number of titles (five). As this is common knowledge to anybody who follows cricket, nobody expected an experienced journalist like him to make such a big mistake. Several fans took to Twitter to brutally troll him. He was severely mocked for his mistake.

Many fans posted memes on him as well. Ironically, he was involved in a similar situation not too long ago. In a show, a panel member went on to call Sheldon Jackson a foreign player in his presence. Thus, the the fans showed no mercy on him this time around as it was this veteran journalist who made the mistake this time around.

However, Punjab, Delhi and Bangalore would certainly want to change that fact, and win the title in the upcoming edition. With the addition of two teams, it isn't going to be all that easy for them though. Nevertheless, the 2022 edition promises to be an absolute blockbuster.
