The 15th edition of the Indian T20 League is underway and we have already seen several thrillers this season. Matches have gone down to the wire and the fans have loved every bit of it. High-scoring games have been on display and dew has also played its part along the way.

So far, 10 matches have been conducted this season. The 10th match of the tournament was played between Gujarat and Delhi on Saturday at Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Pune. Riding on a sensational knock from Shubman Gill, Gujarat managed to score a competitive total of 171 runs in the first innings.

Shubman Gill played aggressively right from the onset of his innings and went on to notch his highest ever score in his Indian T20 League career. Gill smashed 84 runs in 46 balls, a knock which was laced with 6 fours and 4 sixes.

In pursuit of that total, Delhi were restricted to 157 runs, thereby falling short of 14 runs. Delhi didn’t make a great start but a valuable partnership between Rishabh Pant and Lalit Yadav threatened to take the game away from Gujarat. However, Lockie Ferguson had other ideas. The New Zealand seamer picked wickets every time the match was going out of Gujarat’s hands. He finished with a stellar spell of 4 for 28 runs in 4 overs. As a result of that, Gujarat won the game by 14 runs.

The 10th match also saw one incident which grabbed eyeballs. During the game, a couple was seen kissing in the stands and interestingly, that moment was also captured on camera. The picture soon went viral on social media and what followed was a flurry of memes from the netizen.
