Speaking of the match, then it couldn’t be possible to have the result of the match as it was abandoned due to the rain. Naman Ojha played a knock of 18 runs off 15 balls with two boundaries and fell prey to former legendary kiwi pacer Shane Bond in the fourth over of the match. Later on, Sachin Tendulkar and Suresh Raina scored 19 and nine runs respectively.
Firstly, the match was delayed due to the wet outfield but eventually, it couldn’t be played as the rain was continuing and the match was called off by the officials without any result.
