India's squads for limited-overs games against England announced!

With less than a week left for the start of the limited-overs series against England, India have announced their squad. The white-ball games will start on July 7, just two days after the fifth Test ends between both teams. Notably, two squads for a T20I series have been announced. As the visitors will play the Test till July 5, a lot of first-choice players will be rested for the first T20I.

Rohit Sharma, who is missing the Test, will return for the white-ball games. For the first T20I, a lot of players who were part of the South Africa and Ireland series will be available for selection. Players such as Rahul Tripathi, Venkatesh Iyer, and Arshdeep Singh have managed to retain their players. It will be interesting to see if they get to play a game. They didn't get a chance in the last two series'.

The first-choice players will return for the second and third T20I. In the squad, players such as Dinesh Karthik, Ravi Bishnoi, Avesh Khan, and Umran Malik have been included for the second and third games. Talking about the ODI squad, the squad announced for the three-match series will remain the same. There have made some changes in the squad compared to the T20I squad.

Players such as Dinesh Karthik, Avesh Khan, Ravi Bishnoi, Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Venkatesh Iyer, and Umran Malik haven't been included in the ODI team. On the other hand, players such as Shikhar Dhawan, Shardul Thakur, Ravindra Jadeja, Prasidh Krishna, Mohammed Shami and Mohammed Siraj, who weren't part of the T20I squad, will be available for the ODIs.

Notably, Arshdeep Singh has earned a maiden ODI call-up.
