Meanwhile, the trailer was released on June 20, and the fans are loving it. The trailer was uploaded on YouTube by Viacom 18. Many fans might remember the organization for acquiring the digital rights for the Indian T20 League from 2023 to 2027. Coming back to the trailer, it has highlighted some of the struggles faced by the six-ODI World Cup veteran. It was shared by Pannu on her official Twitter handle.

Talking about Mithali, she recently announced her retirement from all forms of the game. She is the only Women's player to play six ODI World Cups and third overall. Only Javed Miandad and Sachin Tendulkar have played six ODI World Cups respectively. Talking about the Jodhpur-born player's career, she made her international debut way back in 1999 against Ireland in an ODI game.

With Women's cricket doesn't stage too many Tests, she had to wait for three years for her Test debut. She made her debut in the longest format against England. The right-hander has played only 12 games in the red-ball cricket. However, she didn't shy away from making some records in this format. She has the joint second-highest career span alongside Jhulan Goswami in the format as she played for 19 years and 262 days.

Also, she was the third-youngest skipper in the format after RE Symons and DA Hockley (New Zealand) when she was made captain in 2005. In ODIs, she has played 232 games and has 7805 runs at an average of 50.68 including seven hundred and 64 fifties. In T20Is, she played 89 games before retiring in 2019.
