An on-field argument between Buttler and ace Australian pacer Mitchell Starc has gone viral over social media. The fans have also come up with multiple reactions to this incident. It all happened on the fourth ball of the fifth over in the first Innings when Buttler was at the non-striker’s end and Starc was in the attack for bowling.
The Aussie pacer showed brilliant awareness of the game by spotting Buttler leaving his crease too soon before the delivery gets completed. Immediately after spotting this from Buttler’s end, Starc happened to warn him not to leave the crease early.
Recalling the Deepti Sharma-Charlie Dean incident, Starc told Buttler, "I am not Deepti, but I might do it.” Buttler took no time in responding to this claim by saying, "I don't think I did."
Although, these comments from senior Aussie pacer Mitchell Starc didn’t go down well with the Indian cricket fans. They immediately took to Twitter for lashing out at the speedster for his remarks on the Indian women’s all-rounder.

Mitchell Starc: I'm not Deepti

Yes Mitchell, you're not. You don't have the guts to follow the rules of a game.
But seriously, how sick of him to use her name like she's done some crime. https://t.co/D75CF7ILT6
Mitchell Starc, who plays in the same team as sand paper mafias like Steve Smith and David Warner uses Deepti Sharma's name in a derogatory manner (as if she committed a crime by following the rules of the game) to warn Jos Buttler.pic.twitter.com/NgO9eeRdH6

Yes, Mitchell Starc. You’re no Deepti. You can never be Deepti. Because you don’t understand the laws of the game #DoddaMathu #Starc #T20WorldCup

Deepti did what was allowed in the game of cricket

Being a Australian bowler Mitchell Starc it would be better if you don't do what your team mate @stevesmith49 did
@BCCI @CricketAus
Mitchell Starc's comment on deepti was offensive. He can't use an example of women's cricket in men's cricket within game.
