Senior Indian pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar is once again in the headlines of social media after another failure in the third of the three-match T20I series against Australia. The 32-year-old is struggling with the form for the last couple of days. He had very poor outings in the crucial 19th over of the two crucial matches in the Asia Cup 2022 against Pakistan and then Sri Lanka.
Later on, his poor form continued in the bilateral series against Australia. He leaked 16 runs off the 19th over in the first match of the series against Australia. And today, in the last match of the series, Bhuvneshwar Kumar was introduced into the attack by skipper Rohit Sharma in the 18th over of the Australian innings.
It was just another day of Bhuvneshwar Kumar failed miserably to restrict the runs. He leaked 39 runs in the three overs he bowled and could scalp only one wicket of Cameron Green.
Indian cricket fans took no time in trolling the Meerut-based pacer. They took to Twitter for criticizing the management to give continuous chances to the speedster even after a string of poor performances.
Here’s how fans reacted to Bhuvneshwar Kumar’s performance:
India should avoid picking Bhuvi in playing XI. He s becoming a liability. He s leaking far too many runs. #BhuvneshwarKumar #Bhuvi
