Now RCB have decided to turn a new leaf over with their coaching staff. Recently, Andy Flower joined the Bold Army as head coach of the franchise. It remains to be seen whether the franchise opts for a complete overhaul when it comes to the coaching staff. Hesson and Bangar's contracts were not renewed recently.

The Bold Army have not won a trophy in their history. Although the elusive piece of silverware has eluded them, they have made it to three finals. This happened in 2009, 2011 and 2016. In 2016 they came very close to winning the IPL where they lost to Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) by a very close 8-run margin. Despite not winning the IPL, RCB's fandom continues to grow.
