On 19 April 2023, the stage is set at Jaipur as Rajasthan Royals (RR) are going to take on Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in the ongoing IPL. RR are currently at the top position of the table with four wins out of five games. On the other hand, LSG are in the second spot with three wins out of five games. So, an enthralling battle awaits these teams and their fans.

Now, a video has gone viral before the clash where Yuzvendra Chahal was seen meeting with Quinton de Kock in a hilarious manner. The RR spinner is known as a colourful character among his teammates. So, seeing him doing such an action with the LSG batter, fans went crazy and shared their thoughts on social media.

Speaking about Yuzvendra Chahal, he has become an integral part of RR since joining them in 2022. The franchise bought him in IPL 2022 auction for INR 6.5 Cr. That season, he also won the Purple Cap for grabbing the most wickets. His performances played a crucial role as RR finished the tournament as runners-up. He took 27 wickets in 17 games. In this season also, Chahal has been in decent form so far. In five matches, Chahal has picked up 11 wickets. Against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH), he grabbed four wickets for 17 runs in his four overs. 

After that match, RR skipper Sanju Samson also heaped high praises on the leg spinner. During the post-match press conference, Samson said: “Him, being him, wearing this pink jersey, I think he definitely has a great role to play. I felt that he was very happy today (Sunday), the way he bowled and getting those wickets is definitely going to help him.” Meanwhile, Quinton de Kock is yet to play a single match this season for LSG as he arrived late to the tournament for his national commitments.
