Pakistan and England are toiling hard in the second Test and Day 3 of the same on December 11, Sunday, turned out to be in England’s favour as the team inched closer to winning the match after fighting hard the entire day. As things stand, Babar Azam, the skipper of the Pakistani team had a hilarious moment with umpire Marais Erasmus.

To add more, the talented batter tried to mimic one of the famous reels and fans, who witnessed the same, said that Babar was well aware of the meme. As far as the meme is concerned, when the batter was batting the other day, photos did rounds on the internet where it seemed like it was Babar who had the round belly when it was in fact Marasmus’. 

After getting to know of the same, the captain tried the recreate the meme and it went viral right away. Fans, who took cognizance of the same, said that the batter took the meme in the right spirit and so did the umpire who had no issues with the hilarious moment.

Pakistan struggle in second Test vs England

As things stand, England rattled the top order and made a stunning comeback into the game post setting a target of 355. To add more, the likes of Mohammad Rizwan and Abdullah Shafique made their way back to the dressing room post contributing 30 and 45 runs respectively. While Babar contributed only 1 run, the likes of Saud Shakeel and Imam-ul-Haq, who came in later in the innings on the back of his injury, scored 60 runs before making his way back to the dressing room.

At the end of Day 3, the Babar-led team remained at 198/4 with Shakeel unbeaten at 54 and Faheem Ashraf at 3. It remains to be seen if Pakistan could clinch a win, given that they are known for their grit and courage.
