Ishant also talked about the former legendary Indian captain MS Dhoni who is known for his calm and composed mindset on the field. Ishant made a shocking revelation about him and said that Dhoni has many strengths but he is not cool as he abuses a lot during the match. Ishant revealed that he himself faced a lot of abuse from him.

“Mahi bhai ki strength ek nahi bahut hain. Calm, cool toh woh nahi hai, ground me bahut gaali bakte hain. Mere ko toh bahut padi hain. (Mahi bhai has many strengths; being calm and cool is definitely not one of them. He abuses a lot and I have also experienced the same.) Whether it’s during the IPL or with the Indian team, people are always around him. You’ll find someone or the other sitting with Mahi bhai. It’s like the feeling of being in a village, just missing the trees.” Ishant was quoted as saying by Sportskeeda.

“I’ve never seen Mahi bhai angry, except when he threw the ball, and it went down. When he threw it the first time, I saw that look. The second throw was even stronger, and the ball went down. The third throw, he said, ‘Hit it in the hand.’ He said it with an expletive.” Ishant added.
