England coach Brendon McCullum was recently chatting with TalkSport. During his interaction, the former Kiwi legend showered praise on Virat Kohli. The 35-year-old didn’t feature in the first two Tests versus England.
It is rumoured that Virat Kohli is unlikely to feature in the rest of the series as well. India’s Cricket Board had put out a statement asking for the entire Kohli family. India fans were shocked when Virat Kohli decided to pull out just two days before the 1st Test.
The series is locked at 1-1 as there is a 10-day gap between the second and third Test match. India’s selectors are set to sit down on Wednesday to pick the teams for the three remaining games.

It is more than likely that Virat Kohli may not feature in the remaining games as well. Brendon McCullum though wished nothing but the best for Virat Kohli and his family during the chat.
The England coach said, “If Virat is coming back... we hope everything is well with his family. We look forward to that challenge too. He is a great competitor. I know him very well and I enjoyed playing against him, I enjoyed our team playing against him. And if you have success against the best, I am sure you have earned it."
Rohit Sharma and Ajit Agarkar were seen chatting at the end of the second Test in Vizag. The nature of the conversation raised a lot of speculation amongst the fans. While the details aren’t going to come out Kevin Pietersen had a different take.

Whether Virat Kohli will be back or not. Mohammed Siraj for sure will come back.”
