Australia is in Pakistan for a historic test series. The two teams were presented with batting heaven in the first Test at Rawalpindi. The first Test saw over 1100 runs scored over the five days for the loss of just 14 wickets. The result of the match was a dull draw. The action will shift to Karachi now for the second Test of the series.
The Australian team arrived at Karachi on Wednesday for the second Test due to begin from 12th March. The Pakistan Cricket Board shared a clip of the Australian team arriving at their team hotel.
The hosts did not leave any stone unturned to extend their warmth to the visitors on their arrival. All the Australian players were welcomed with great love and warm hearts at Karachi.
However, the team’s keeper Alex Carey was part of an unfortunate and hilarious event on his arrival. Australian Test captain Pat Cummins shared a video in which the keeper hilariously fell into the pool, leaving his Australian teammates in splits.
Carey was not aware of the surroundings during the conversation and thus walked straight into the pool. However, Carey was quick to throw his mobile at one of his teammates and then followed the action with a smile. Cummins posted the video with the laughter emojis, and players like Brett Lee and Glenn Maxwell also commented on the video.
