Ravindra Jadeja came out as the star for Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the IPL 2023 final by smashing 10 runs off the last two balls. Thus, he ensured the victory and CSK won their fifth IPL title. After hitting the winning runs, Jadeja ran towards the dugout and MS Dhoni was seen lifting him in joy.

Now, after the victory, the star CSK all-rounder has come up with a heartwarming tweet for Dhoni. Seeing that, fans were left spellbound and hence, shared their views on social media. Speaking of the tweet, Jadeja shared pictures of him with his wife and Dhoni along with the trophy. He also wrote: “We did it for ONE and ONLY “MS DHONI. mahi bhai aapke liye toh kuch bhi…(with two red heart emojis).” Jadeja meant that he can do anything for MS Dhoni.

Before the 16th edition of IPL, there were rumours that CSK may not retain Jadeja for this season. Even, reports were there that there is a rift between Dhoni and him. The all-rounder’s social media activity also gave such indications to the fans. But, ahead of the season, CSK retained him and now, he delivered for the team on a big occasion like the final. In IPL 2023, Jadeja took 20 wickets and scored 190 runs in 16 matches. 

After the win, Jadeja said: “Feels amazing, winning my fifth title in front of my home crowd. I'm from Gujarat, and it's a special feeling. This crowd has been amazing. They were waiting for rain to stop till late night, I'd like to say a big congratulations to the CSK fans who came to support us. I'd like to dedicate this win to a special member of the CSK side, MS Dhoni. I was just thinking I need to swing hard, as much as I can. Where the ball will go, I was not thinking about that, just looking to swing hard. I was backing myself and looking to hit straight, because I know Mohit can bowl those slower balls.”
