Chennai Super Kings (CSK) is one of the most loved franchises in the Indian Premier League. They have a massive fanbase around the world and the biggest reason behind that is the presence of former legendary Indian captain, MS Dhoni. He is leading the franchise since 2008 and helped them to get their hands on the IPL title 4 times.

Meanwhile, during the 29th match of IPL 2023 which was played between CSK and Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) at the MA Chidambaram Stadium on April 21, a fan was pictured carrying a placard with an interesting message for Dhoni,

“I drop my sem exam for ‘Mahi’ (Dhoni’s nickname) Bhai. The exam can be given next year but Mahi Bhai will not be playing the next IPL. Love from Maharashtra. #MSD07, #CSK.

Meanwhile, talking about the match between, CSK convincingly defeated SRH by 7 wickets and registered their 4th victory of the season in 6 matches. Batting first after losing the toss, the Aiden Markaram-led team could score only 134 runs after losing seven wickets in 20 overs, courtesy of brilliant bowling from star all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja, who took 3 wickets in his 4 overs quota and conceded only 22 runs.

In response, CSK achieved the target by losing three wickets in 18.4 overs. Devon Conway played an unbeaten inning of 77 runs in 57 balls with the help of 12 fours and a six for his team. This is Chennai's fourth win in six matches this season. The team has lost two matches. The four-time champions are third in the points table with eight points.

They have equal points with Rajasthan Royals (RR) and Lucknow Supergiants (LSG), but RR have the best run rate among all and because of this, RR is on top. Lucknow is at second and Chennai is at third. CSK will face Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in their next match at the Eden Gardens and will eye the fifth win to make their position strong to qualify for the playoffs
