The 4th Test between India and Australia in the Border Gavaskar series saw a breathtaking batting display from Australian opener Usman Khawaja, who scored 180 runs in Australia's first innings. It was looking very difficult to get Khawaja out as he was playing brilliantly and showed some great defensive batting as well. He didn’t even hesitate to punish the bad ball when it was required to.

Meanwhile, a big mistake was made by Indian captain Rohit Sharma when he took a very bad DRS, the video of which is now getting viral on social media and fans are brutally trolling the Indian captain for his poor decision.

He took the review in the 128th over of Australia's innings. Ravindra Jadeja was bowling and the last ball of the over hit Khawaja's pad. Post that, the Indian players made a loud appeal, but the umpire wasn’t interested. However, Jadeja convinced Rohit to take a review.

Rohit challenged the umpire's decision, after which the review could be seen on the big screen. As it turned out, the ball was nowhere close to the stumps. It became the reason to be termed as one of the worst reviews taken by Rohit by fans on social media.

Australian batter's brilliant show on Day 2 as well

However, this was not the only disappointing thing for the Indian players on Day 2. They were already frustrated by the batting display of the Australian team. The Kangaroos, who ended Day 1 on the score of 255/4, looked solid on the 2nd day as well. Khwaja and Cameron Green successfully survived the first session and stitched a brilliant 208-run stand for the 5th wicket.

Green also smashed his maiden Test century at the age of just 23 years. Finally, the Indian off-spinner brought some relief in the Indian dugout as he picked up 2 wickets in a single over to get rid of Green and Alex Carey. Ashwin ended the innings by taking 6 wickets and the Australian team scored 480 runs. India will hope not to lose any wickets till the end of the 2nd day.
