The highly-anticipated Abu Dhabi T10 League is all set to start today at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium. A total of eight teams will be participating in the league, namely Morrisville Samp Army, New York Strikers, Team Abu Dhabi, The Chennai Braves, Delhi Bulls, Northern Warriors, Bangla Tigers, and Deccan Gladiators.
Notably, as many as 5 Indian players will be participating in the Abu Dhabi T10 league this year, such as Suresh Raina, Harbhajan Singh, Stuart Binny, Sreesanth, and Abhimanyu Mithun.
Much to the delight of the fans, some of these Indian players and the Pakistan players will be playing for the same team in the tournament. Indian and Pakistan players will be sharing the same dressing room and will be seen together on the field, helping their team win the trophy.
On that note, let us take a look at three Indian players who will be playing with the Pakistan players for the same team in the Abu Dhabi T10 League.
3. Stuart Binny, Wahab Riaz, and Azam Khan
India’s all-rounder, Stuart Binny will be making his presence felt in the competition. He will ply his trade for New York Strikers. Kieron Pollard is the captain of the team, while there are Pakistan players in the team as well. Stuart Binny will be playing alongside Wahab Riaz and Azam Khan for New York strikers in this year’s edition of the tournament.
2. Abhimanyu Mithun, M Irfan
Former Indian fast bowler, Abhimanyu Mithun will showcase his mettle in the T20 league. He will be playing for Northern Warriors in the competition.
He will be sharing the new ball with Pakistan’s left-arm seamer Mohammad Irfan. Witnessing an India and Pakistan fast bowler bowling in tandem should be a treat to watch for every cricket fan.
- Harbhajan Singh, Khushdil Shah and Imad Wasim
Former Indian legendary spinner, Harbhajan Singh will also be making his presence felt in the competition. He will be playing for Delhi Bulls and will be sharing the dressing room alongside the likes of Khushdil Shah and Imad Wasim.
